Nahdia Laela Fijriah is an experienced analyst with a strong background in the gaming and project management sectors. Currently working at Niko Partners since November 2020, Nahdia specializes in researching and summarizing daily news on esports and mobile gaming in the Philippines and Singapore, as well as analyzing market insights for various esports tournaments. Previously, as an Analyst in the CEO's office at Kendali App, Nahdia managed project processes, prepared investor pitch decks, and ensured regulatory compliance for product features. Additional roles include business analyst at Y20 Indonesia, where Nahdia coordinated high-level discussions and participant selection, and various internships and leadership positions that demonstrate strong organizational and analytical capabilities. Nahdia holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Indonesia.
