Oksana Shevchenko is a seasoned HR professional and psychologist with extensive experience in recruitment and organizational development. Since December 2011, Oksana has served as the Head of Recruitment at NIKO Corporation, overseeing personnel selection and adaptation for a group of companies, while successfully closing top positions across multiple entities and participating in various HR projects. Concurrently, Oksana has been providing private psychological consultations at НИКА Psychological Center since July 2009. Prior experience includes a role as HR Manager at New Channel from February 2010 to December 2011, where Oksana developed and implemented key HR procedures and cultivated corporate culture. Oksana holds a master's degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University and completed advanced training in HR Organizational Development at the International Institute of Management in Kyiv.
