Jonathan Tappan is an experienced executive in the fashion and merchandising industry, currently serving as Vice President of Product Creation & Merchandising at Converse. Previously, Jonathan held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Product Merchandising for Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories, and Vice President/General Manager for Global Apparel & Accessories. As the founder of The Tappan Group, Jonathan has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills in addition to a robust history at Ann Taylor as Vice President of Merchandising and at J.Crew as Divisional Merchandise Manager for both Madewell and Men's divisions. Jonathan began their career as a Merchandise Manager at Gap Inc. and holds a degree in Economics from Denison University as well as a certificate in Business, Banking & Markets from Harvard University - Extension School.
