Marianne Desjardins is an experienced Senior Delivery Manager at NIIT since June 2023, with a tenure at NIIT Limited beginning in April 2016 as a Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Marianne served as Manager of Instruction and Regional Education Manager at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence from February 2008 to April 2016, overseeing virtual learning environments and web-based classes. At Gateway, from July 2005 to 2008, Marianne was the Manager of Product Training, responsible for integrated marketing and training. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Technical Instructor at Toshiba America Information Systems from 1997 to 2005, where training courses for telecommunication systems were developed and implemented, and as Customer Service Training Manager at Teldata from 1993 to 1997, focusing on training for customers and technicians.
