Shohei Naito is the CEO of 株式会社日本農業, a position held since November 2016. Prior to this role, Naito worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from April 2015 to October 2016, and completed an internship at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Japan during July 2013. Naito holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Keio University, earned in 2015, and participated in a study abroad program in Agricultural Consumer Economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2012 to 2013.
