Robb Waters worked as a Freelance Art Director/Senior concept artist at Nightdive Studios starting in October 2015. Before that, they were a Senior Concept Artist at Irrational Games from August 2000 to September 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an Artist at Looking Glass Technologies from September 1993 to November 1998.

Robb Waters received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Illustration from Kendall College of Art and Design in 1993. Robb attended the college from 1990 to 1993.
