Osione Oseni-Elamah currently serves as a Sub-Editor at The Republic since April 2024 and as a Legal Officer with the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission since February 2023. Prior roles include Corps Member and various legal and academic positions with organizations such as Afronomicslaw, SERAP Nigeria, and Tulip Consulting. Osione has experience as a Contributing Writer for Human Rights Pulse and as a Research Assistant at the University of Birmingham. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in International Economic Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Laws with a focus on International Law and Globalisation from the University of Birmingham, complemented by a year abroad at the National University of Singapore. Additional educational background includes a Foundation degree in Law from the University of Warwick and a secondary education in Humanities at Louisville Girls High School.
