Deborah Hugill is currently the IT Director at Nigel Wright Group since September 2016. Prior to this, Deborah held positions such as Head of IT at inov-8 and ScS, Programme Manager at Equinox, and Group Implementation Manager at Northgate PLC. Deborah has a strong background in IT and business process transformation, with experience in implementing ERP systems and leading organizational change programs. Deborah has a Master's degree in Enterprise Management from Durham University and holds various certifications in strategic management and leadership.
