Zvika Rosenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global support and technology solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Global Tech Solutions & Support at NielsenIQ, Zvika has previously held leadership positions including Head of Global Support at Gloat and Senior Manager of Global Support at LivePerson. Zvika's background also includes a role as WFM Support - Product and Business Development Lead at Amdocs, as well as Director of Professional Services, Solution Architect and Project Manager, and Team Leader of Worldwide Support at ClickSoftware. Zvika holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
