Harshil Modi started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2010 as a Business Process Lead and worked there until 2020. In 2020, they joined NielsenIQ as a Data Processing Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Team Lead at NielsenIQ.

Harshil Modi attended Utkarsh Vidhyalaya in Vadodara, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. Harshil also obtained certifications in "Leading like a Futurist" and "A3 Problem Solving for Continuous Improvement" from LinkedIn in 2022 and 2020, respectively.
