Charley Kent has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Beginning in 2004, they worked at Abercrombie and Fitch as a Receiving Lead, where they supervised a team of 25 employees. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Professional Driver at both Transport America and Werner Enterprises. In 2008, Charley joined The Rusty Bucket Tavern as a Customer Service Specialist. That same year, they also started working at State Farm as an Agents Executive Assistant, handling claims and providing support to customers and associates. From 2011 to the present, Charley has held various positions at Nielsen and NielsenIQ. Most notably, they led the Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, saving the company 30 million dollars. They have also been involved in global CRM consolidation and transformation projects. In 2022, Charley became the Chief Marketing Officer at Grace for Glory Global Ministries.
Charley Kent attended The Ohio State University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. They returned to The Ohio State University from 2002 to 2005 to focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In 2009, Charley Kent enrolled in Mount Vernon Nazarene University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2011. They also pursued additional certifications in the field of finance and salesforce, including becoming a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) in 2014, a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in 2016, and a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant in 2019.
