Sana Behnam currently serves as an Instructor and Graduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, focusing on the AHRQ Project Grant for postnatal patient safety. Additional experience includes a position as a UX Research Assistant at Nielsen Norman Group and previous roles as a UX Design Intern at IQVIA and Equity Lab, with expertise in virtual reality and UX design. Prior to current positions, Sana held a Graduate Research Associate role at The Ohio State University, specializing in the virtual reality training of medical practitioners. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Design Research and Development from The Ohio State University and ongoing doctoral studies in Design at North Carolina State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Tehran.
