Rebekah Kuller has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rebekah started their career as an Accountant at Marine Corps Community Services in 2009. Rebekah then moved on to become a Senior Accountant at Helix Electric in 2013, where they worked until 2016. Rebekah then joined Borrego Solar Systems as an Assistant Controller from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Division Controller at Swinerton, a role they held until 2019. In the same year, Rebekah became the Chief Financial Officer at Nielsen Builders, Inc. Currently, they are an Adjunct Instructor at both Eastern Mennonite University and Blue Ridge Community College (Virginia).

Rebekah Kuller obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. Rebekah then completed a Masters of Science in Accounting from Liberty University, followed by a Doctor of Business Administration in Accounting from Liberty University as well. Rebekah also completed a program in Virginia College Leaders at the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) certification from the ICCIFP in 2016, the Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification from the American Society of Military Comptrollers in 2013, and the CPA certification from the Virginia Board of Accountancy in 2011.
