Frederic Giraud-Koch currently serves as Head of Sales Operations at Nidecker Group, overseeing a team of 10 in Sales Operations for distribution and retail markets. Responsibilities include managing daily sales operations, developing BI analytics, and creating sales reports and dashboards to enhance leadership decision-making. Frederic has previously held roles at Nidecker Group as Data & International Sales Operations Manager and Sales & Data Coordinator for Switzerland. Prior to Nidecker, Frederic worked at VF Corporation as a Master Data Management Specialist and at Billabong as an Assistant ADV. Early career experience includes operations and sales support positions at Mizu and Burton Snowboards Europe, as well as internship roles at Quiksilver Europe and the Office du tourisme de Lourdes. Frederic holds a Master's degree in International Sales Management from Université de Rouen and a Master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages for International Business from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès.
