Laura Coato has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Country HR Manager at Gemalto since 2017 and Group HR & Organization Manager at Nicotra Gebhardt Group since 2015. Previously, Laura held similar roles as Group HR & Organization Manager at Call & Call group from 2012 to 2014, and as HR Business Partner for the Italian Entity at Devoteam Group from 2008 to 2012. Laura's career began at Pride Group, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner for North Italy and Europe, as well as Head of Organizational Development and Training from 1999 to 2008. Laura's earlier experience includes working as Organizational Development and Training Manager at Telecom Italia Group - Tilab (formerly Cselt) from 1993 to 1999. Laura holds a Laurea Magistrale in Labour and Organization Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova.
