Nicole Bahn has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Nicole currently holds the position of Vice President - Special Assets Officer at Nicolet National Bank, which they started in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Investors Community Bank from 2014 to 2021, where they held the role of VP - Sr. Special Assets Officer.

Their earlier experience includes working at Fortifi Bank from 2005 to 2013, where they served as the Credit Department Leader and Business Banker. During their time at Fortifi Bank, they oversaw a commercial loan portfolio, rebuilt the credit department, and received recognition for their achievements.

Before joining Fortifi Bank, Nicole worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst at First National Bank - Fox Valley from 2003 to 2005.

Nicole Bahn has a diverse education history. In 1999 to 2003, they earned a BBA degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing, as well as a minor in Spanish and an emphasis on International Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Later, in 2004 to 2007, they obtained an MBA with a Finance Emphasis from the same institution. In 2011 to 2013, Nicole attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they completed the Graduate School of Banking program. Additionally, they participated in the Conflict Resolution and Mediation Certificate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point until 2019. Moreover, they completed the Tri-County Leadership Initiative Graduate program from 2007 to 2008.
