Dominik Antonowicz is a seasoned academic and administrator with extensive experience in higher education and policy reform. Currently serving as a Board Member at NAWA - Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange and as Chairman of the University Council at Uniwersytet Gdański, Dominik also holds the position of Associate Professor at Nicolaus Copernicus University since 2016. Previous roles include Visiting Professor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Uniwersytet Jana Kochanowskiego, and Research Fellow at Centro de Investigação de Politicas do Ensino Superior and the University of Twente. Dominik's advisory experience includes formulating higher education reforms while serving as Doradca Ministra at the Ministerstwo Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Arts in Sociology from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
