Therese Axberg has been working in the industry since 2008. Therese started their career as a Trainee at the Swedish Trade Council and then moved on to become an International Management Trainee and Key Account Manager at Meltwater Group. In 2010, they joined Arla Foods as a Senior Key Account Manager, Field Sales Manager, Senior Private Label Manager, Customer Marketing & Brand Manager, Product Manager, and Sales Controller. In 2019, they worked as a Key Account- & Sales Operations Manager at Foodoki and a Personal Trainer & Coach at Therese Axberg Träning & Hälsa. Currently, they are a Commercial Manager at NICKS.

Therese Axberg has been pursuing their education since 1996. Therese attended Grossmont High School from 1996 to 1998. Therese later attended Linköping University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned their Master's degree in Science of Business and Administration, with an orientation in Spanish. In 2006, they attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' and Universidad de Salamanca, both for Business Administration and Management, General. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Personal Trainer from The Academy School, Stockholm, and a Training Education from Friskis & Svettis.
