David Yamron is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning with extensive experience in international development. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Outreach Specialist at Nickol Global Solutions for USAID PEARL since February 2023, David previously held roles such as Senior Advisor at Oxford Policy Management and Design, Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at Search for Common Ground, where leadership in research and evaluation projects for various international organizations was central. David’s career also includes consultancy positions focusing on adaptive management and monitoring and evaluation within the USAID framework, as well as significant experience in education and project management. David holds a Master’s degree in Development Management from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Carleton College.
