Jeannie Riorden has over 30 years of experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Sales & Customer Service Representative and Western & Central NY Sales & Service Representative at Nickerson Corporation since October 2010. In this role, Jeannie specializes in customer service, sales, marketing, space planning, and supplying furniture and equipment for educational facilities from preschool to university levels. Responsibilities include quoting, product representation on various contracts, on-site assistance, installation services, and gym equipment inspection and repair. Prior experience includes roles as Market Manager for NY, NJ, & Northern and Eastern PA at Shiffler Equipment Sales and Director of School K-12 Sales at Venture Sales Group. Jeannie began their career in sales at The Finger Lakes Group from 1988 to 1995. Education includes studies at Monroe Community College and H.W. Schroeder High School in Webster, NY.
