Tim O'Rourke serves as the Director of Civil Construction at Nicholson Corporation since April 2013, overseeing site work, concrete, and masonry projects from conception to completion while collaborating with project management, estimating teams, and other stakeholders. Prior to this role, Tim held positions as Project Manager and Estimator for Nicholson Corporation, and was the Owner/Operator of O'Rourke Lawn & Landscape. Tim also gained experience as an Estimator at Preferred Masonry Restoration and Operations Manager at U.S. Lawns of the Lehigh Valley. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Turf and Turfgrass Management from Delaware Valley University.
