Gerald Robinson is an experienced attorney specializing in False Claims Act litigation and appeals. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Nichols Kaster, PLLP since October 2022, Gerald represents whistleblowers under the False Claims Act. As the owner of G.C. Robinson Law, PLLC since April 2011, Gerald has focused on similar legal matters. Previous roles include attorney positions at various firms, such as in private practice from December 2017 to October 2022, and at Simmer Law Group, PLLC from May 2015 to November 2017. Gerald's legal career began at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP and continued through several attorney positions, with a foundation in commercial litigation from 1994 to 1997. Education includes a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA in International Relations from the University of Minnesota, complemented by notable culinary experience under Chef Francis Trocellier.
