Michael F. currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at both NHC Group Ltd. and Nichol & Hill since March 2024. Prior to these roles, Michael F. gained extensive experience at Thermal Resources Management, where tenure included positions such as Managing Director, General Manager & Director, Finance Director & Deputy General Manager, Group Financial Controller, and Assistant Accountant from September 2007 to March 2024. Educationally, Michael F. holds a CIMA degree in Accounting and Finance from Kaplan, completed between 2010 and 2014, and an AAT degree in Accounting and Finance from the Durham Business Club, obtained from 2007 to 2010.
