Jacob Rivers is currently the Director Solution Engineering at NICE since September 2023. Prior to this, Jacob worked at Talkdesk as the Director Voice Engineering and at NICE inContact as the Director of Voice Services. Jacob also has experience as a Manager Voice Operations and Connectivity Design Engineer. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Jacob served in the Connecticut Air National Guard for 6 years as a Satellite, Wideband, and Telemetry Systems Journeyman USAF. Jacob holds an A.S. in Computer Programming & Analysis from Eastern Florida State College.
