Dale Richards currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at NICE since January 2024 and is the Founder and CEO of AppCreative, a custom software and product development firm, since August 2015. Previously, Dale worked at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in various roles, including Product Line Manager for Mobile CRM and Web Technology, where responsibilities included leading teams to launch a Missionary Portal used by 80,000 users worldwide and managing a mobile CRM app that improved user satisfaction and expanded its user base. Prior experience includes significant roles at Rosetta Stone, where Dale launched numerous products in international markets, and earlier positions in software testing and language training. Dale holds an MBA in Innovation from James Madison University and a BA in Russian Language and Literature from Brigham Young University.
