Chris Bitner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture, project management, and scientific research. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at NICE since May 2022, Chris previously held leadership roles at Orange Logic, including Director of Professional Services and Project Management Team Lead, where expertise in agile processes and project implementations was demonstrated. Prior to Orange Logic, Chris worked as a Senior Project Manager at Journal Technologies, effectively managing software implementation projects and contributing to product design. Early career experience includes positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where significant contributions were made to research and laboratory processes. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Utah State University.
