Spencer Richards has extensive experience in the catering and hospitality industry, serving as a Manager at Olive Catering Services Limited since May 2019 and as a Manager and Contract Manager at NIC Services Group Ltd since June 2018. Additionally, Spencer has been self-employed as an Executive Chef since 2018 and holds the position of Director at The Buffet Company, which specializes in bespoke buffets for various events. Previously, Spencer worked as an Operations Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland from February 2003 to January 2009. Education was completed at Box Hill Surrey from 1981 to 1983.
