Jeffrey Lloyd-Jones has extensive work experience in the facilities management industry. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Senior Operations Director at NIC Services Group Ltd since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at TC Facilities Management for over 25 years, holding various roles including Contract Director, Regional Director, Regional Manager, Project Manager, and Store Support Manager/Area Manager. Jeffrey also has experience as a Computer Network Technician at WILLIAMS MEDICAL SUPPLIES LIMITED. Earlier in their career, they worked at Windray Cleaning Services as a Site Manager, where they were responsible for industrial cleaning, specialist cleaning of production machinery, and basic in-house maintenance and painting work.

Jeffrey Lloyd-Jones attended Rhymney Comprehensive School from 1987 to 1993. Jeffrey then pursued a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Merthyr Tydfil Tech from 1993 to 1995, earning an HND.
