Gabi Wagner has a diverse work experience in the field of research and academia. Gabi started their career as a PHD Student at Max Planck Forschungsstelle fuer Ornithologie in 2000. Gabi then worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Teaching Fellow at the University of Aberdeen, Institute of Zoology from 2004 to 2011. At the University of Aberdeen, they also served as a Project Manager for the FP7 Full4Health from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they joined UiT The Arctic University of Norway as a Researcher and later became an Assistant Professor II. Currently, they are working as a Researcher at the NIBIO Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research since 2018.
Gabi Wagner holds a PhD in Zoology/Animal Biology from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg. Specific dates regarding the start and end years of their education were not provided.
