Luis Lebron currently serves as the Director of the Base Supply Center Program at National Industries for the Blind, a position held since March 2019. Prior to this role, Luis held various leadership positions at Virginia Industries for the Blind from May 2008 to March 2019, including Director of Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing retail stores, service contracts, and overseeing a workforce of approximately 97 employees. Luis also functioned as the Retail Division Manager and BSC Regional Manager, focusing on operational efficiencies and creating job opportunities for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Earlier in their career, Luis worked as a Project Coordinator at Digital Federal Credit Union from 1994 to 2008, managing multiple projects, and served in the U.S. Army from October 1982 to September 2006. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Multi-Disciplinary Studies and an Associate of Science in Business Administration, both from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
