Kestrel Riot is a seasoned professional in community management and content development, currently serving as a Senior Community Programming Developer and Lead Global Community Manager at Niantic, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Kestrel held the position of Community Manager at Gen Con LLC, where responsibilities included community growth and managing a large Discord server. Kestrel has a strong background in writing and editing, having worked as a self-employed writer and editor, and as a Copy Editor at Hasbro. Additionally, Kestrel has experience in managing communities and events for Dystopia Rising: Massachusetts. An alumnus of Albertus Magnus College with a BA in English Literature, Kestrel combines expertise in community engagement with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
