Scott Fraser, P.Eng, M.Eng, currently serves as the Associate Director of Transportation Planning for Niagara Region since March 2020, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of the Regional Transportation Strategy focusing on multi-modal networks, Active Transportation, and Road User Safety. Previously, Scott held key roles including Transportation Lead for the GO Implementation Office at Niagara Region, and Senior Corporate Management & Policy Consultant within the City of Toronto’s Transit Expansion Office. Early career experience includes positions as Transportation Project Manager at IBI Group and Transportation Planning Assistant at the City of Brampton. Scott holds a Master of Engineering and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both from McMaster University.
