Jessica Schroeder currently serves as the Managing Director of Operations at Nia Tero, where responsibilities include providing operations leadership to support the organization's growth and alignment across various departments and systems. Jessica has also held roles at Nia Tero Foundation as Senior Manager of Finance and Operations and Director of Operations. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Gyrotonic Trainer at Gyrotonic Movement Center and previous positions such as Director of Finance and Operations at On the Boards, Director of Finance at The Bushwick Book Club Seattle, and Operations Manager at Town Hall Seattle. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts, earned between 2004 and 2007.
