Carmen Rosa Guerra Ariza is a seasoned policy manager and consultant with extensive experience in human rights and indigenous rights advocacy, currently serving Nia Tero since February 2022. Previous roles include consulting on policy studies and training for Nia Tero and advising the Procuraduria General de la Nacion's Social Dialogue team. Carmen has contributed to various organizations, such as the Organización Nacional de los Pueblos Indígenas de la Amazonía Colombiana and the Autoridades Indigenas de Colombia, focusing on the implementation of human rights laws and the support of indigenous communities.
