Sharon Har-Noy Pilcher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2003, they worked as a Producer and Content Editor at The Nature of Things TV Channel. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Production Manager and Marketing Strategist at BrainPOP Israel. In 2008, they were promoted to Manager of the Technology Implementation Department at the same company, where they developed curricula and training programs for teachers and officials in education. In 2014, Sharon co-founded JoyRiders, an organization that led large-scale events and competitions in the skydiving industry. In 2016, they co-founded Modern Skydiving Concepts, focusing on pioneering advanced curricula and training programs for experienced skydivers. Starting in 2019, they joined the Leadership Team at Project 19, where they led the prototyping and development of a mobile app. In 2020, Sharon became a Founding Member of Krav To Fly, taking charge of business development, educational content, and media operations. Most recently, in 2021, they co-founded Nia Growth.
Sharon Har-Noy Pilcher completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2007 to 2010. Sharon pursued a dual-major study program in Media Studies and Management during this time.
