Issanna Loughman is a skilled Child and Adolescent Therapist currently employed at Bridgeway Therapy since February 2024 and serves as a Professor of Psychology at NHTI - Concord's Community College. With a strong background in mental health, Issanna founded the Lock-It Project in April 2019 and previously worked as a Child and Family Therapist at Community Partners until February 2024. Leadership experience includes serving as President of UC San Diego Psi Chi and Psi Beta National, along with internship roles in psychology-related organizations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from UC San Diego.
