Diane Davis currently serves as a Board Member for The Foundation for New Hampshire Community Colleges and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at both the University of New Hampshire and NHTI - Concord's Community College. Since September 2004, Diane has held various leadership roles at Concord Hospital, including Director of Population Health, where responsibilities encompass initiatives like the Medical Home Navigation Program and Community Health. Diane's previous positions also include roles related to clinical process management and education within the Granite State College system. Academically, Diane holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UMass Boston, complemented by an Associate of Science in Nursing from NH Technical Institute and an Associate of Science from Hesser College in Medical Assisting.
