Claire Helm is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Analysis Manager at NHS Providers since January 2018. Prior to this role, Claire worked as a Policy Adviser at the Royal College of Nursing from August 2014 to January 2018, focusing on workforce planning, safe staffing, and various policy areas including mental health and nursing education.
