Dr. Felicity Blain is a seasoned General Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the NHS, currently serving as Clinical Lead for Norfolk & Waveney since August 2008. In addition to work as a Medical Doctor, Dr. Blain is involved with the NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board as a Schwartz Rounds steering group member, facilitating discussions on the emotional aspects of health and social care. Dr. Blain is also active in coaching and mentoring roles through Conversations with Doctors and Akeso Coaching Network, focusing on well-being and career support for healthcare professionals. With a background in medical education, Dr. Blain has held leadership positions in various forums aimed at improving training and support for junior doctors. Academic qualifications include an MBChB in Medicine from The University of Manchester and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry from The University of Manchester, among other educational pursuits.
