Liz Howarth has over a decade of experience in engagement and inclusion within the public sector, currently serving as the Engagement and Inclusion Manager at NHS Grampian since July 2015, a role following positions as Public Involvement Officer and Consultation and Engagement Advisor. Prior to NHS Grampian, Liz worked as Partnership Coordinator at ACVO TSI and Vocational Tutor at Momentum Skills. Liz has also contributed to Multi ethnic Aberdeen Limited (MeAL) as a Board Member and Project Coordinator for various initiatives. Additionally, experience includes serving as an Assistant/Facilitator for former MP Dame Anne Begg. Educational qualifications include a recent degree in Strategic Approaches to EDI from the Chartered Management Institute and a Joint Honours Degree in International Relations and Religious Studies from the University of Aberdeen. Liz's career began at Thomas Cook as an Overseas Representative.
