Jennifer Holsgrove (PhD) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational change and development. Currently serving as the Head of People and Organisational Change at NHS Charities Together since May 2022, Jennifer previously held significant roles including Head of Culture and Performance at Co-operatives UK and Head of Membership Services at North West Employers. With a strong academic background that includes a PhD in Theatre and Community Studies from the University of Salford, Jennifer has also developed teaching materials as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Jennifer's educational achievements are complemented by multiple qualifications in leadership coaching, mentoring, and strategic approaches to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
