Ruby Jo Donaghy is a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator at NHS 24 since October 2022, with prior experience as a Contact Tracer for NHS Lothian Test and Protect from July 2021 to September 2022. In this role, Ruby Jo conducted interviews of COVID-19 cases and performed public health risk assessments, demonstrating strong commitment to NHS values. Previously, as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's from June 2017 to July 2021, Ruby Jo led service areas and provided coaching to team members. Ruby Jo holds a BSc Hons in Professional Health Studies from the University of the West of Scotland and a Higher National Diploma in Sports Therapy from City of Glasgow College.
