Mark Skerritt has over 40 years of experience in the field of human resources. Mark has held key positions in various companies such as NHP Electrical Engineering Products Pty Ltd, FMP, Primelife, CitiPower, GAS SERVICES, AZON LIMITED, BTR NYLEX, Beatrice Australia Limited (now Cadbury Schweppes), Mobil Oil Australia, and Ajax Fasteners Australia Limited. Throughout their career, Mark has undertaken challenging roles and successfully implemented HR policies and procedures, conducted restructuring initiatives, and developed talent management and development programs. Mark is skilled in driving cultural change, establishing effective HR infrastructure, and providing support in dynamic business environments.

Mark Skerritt graduated from Monash University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Economics degree. During their time at the university from 1977 to 1980, they specialized in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
