Stan Adams has extensive work experience in financial and capital reporting, starting from 2009. Stan began their career at NHBC as a Financial Accountant, handling various responsibilities such as preparing financial statements, assisting with corporation tax matters, and maintaining the group balance sheet. Stan then progressed to become a Financial Accounting Manager and later a Group Financial & Capital Reporting Manager, showcasing their leadership abilities and expertise in financial reporting. Currently, Stan holds the position of Head of Financial & Capital Reporting at NHBC, where they oversee the preparation of group financial statements and manages the organization's capital reporting outputs. Before joining NHBC, Stan worked as an Audit Executive at Grant Thornton LLP and as an Accountant at Keens Shay Keens Limited.

Stan Adams attended Luton Sixth Form College from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Stan then pursued a BSci degree in Mathematics at Imperial College London from 2002 to 2005. Finally, they attended ICAEW from 2005 to 2008, where they completed their ACA degree in Accountancy.
