Daniel Pearce has had a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Daniel started their career at RSA, where they held various claims and underwriting roles from 2003 to 2008. Daniel then joined Crawford & Company as a Loss Adjuster from 2008 to 2010. After that, they moved to NHBC, where they worked in various claims roles from 2010 to 2014. Daniel then became the Executive Business Manager at NHBC, providing support and project management for strategy and business planning initiatives from 2014 to 2017. Daniel later became the Head of Planning and Change at NHBC from 2017 to 2019, and they currently hold the position of Head of Strategy and Change at NHBC.
Daniel Pearce has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Bristol, obtained between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they also attended the University of Bristol from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology. Earlier in their education, they attended The Lord Grey School from 1996 to 2002. In addition to their academic background, Daniel Pearce has obtained certifications including Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and Change Management Foundation and Practitioner from APMG International.
