Toya Tucker M. has extensive experience in administrative and program coordination roles within community development and housing sectors. Currently serving as the Student Secretary to the National Student Protocol Director at NOI since March 2015, Toya provides critical administrative support and manages confidential materials. In parallel, Toya has been with the Newark Housing Authority since February 1990 as a Program Coordinator for Section 3, responsible for directing HUD-related training and job opportunities to low-income individuals while overseeing compliance for multi-million dollar contracts and managing a caseload of approximately 200 clients. Prior to this, Toya held the position of Student Protocol Director at NOI-MM#25 from 2003 until March 2015, facilitating communication between local government, the professional public, and underserved communities.
