Paul Wallace is an experienced export sales professional with a strong background in international markets, currently serving as Export Sales Manager for the USA and Indonesia at NH Foods Australia since October 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Thomas Foods International from November 2015 to August 2021, including National Retail & Key Account Manager and Export Sales Manager for multiple regions, with a significant focus on Japan and South Korea. Paul’s earlier experience at NH Foods Australia included responsibilities as Export Sales & Shipping Manager from September 2009 to October 2015, overseeing export operations across the EU, Russia, Africa, and Asia. Additionally, Paul started a career as a Jackeroo at The North Australian Pastoral Company in 2003. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from The University of Sydney Business School and a Bachelor of Business in Agricultural Management from Marcus Oldham College.
