Umar Awan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and web development. Currently serving as Integration Team Lead at Next Generation Technology Solutions since October 2019, Umar specializes in integrating ITSM tools and automating processes using tools like Zapier and Workato. Previously, Umar held positions as a Level 1 Seller on Fiverr and as a Laravel Developer at xint Solutions for a brief period. Additionally, Umar gained experience as a self-employed web developer from October 2016 to October 2019. Umar earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from COMSATS University Islamabad, completing the program in 2019.
