Curtis Smith serves as the Director of Development and Compliance at NGT Group LLC since June 2023. Previously, Curtis held various leadership positions at MasTec Network Solutions from January 2015 to July 2023, including Director of Technical Training & Safety and East Region Senior Safety Manager, where critical responsibilities included managing the safety program across the East Region. Prior to MasTec, Curtis was the Director of Technical Training at WesTower Communications Ltd., overseeing safety and quality programs, and held roles in construction management and project oversight at several companies, including Mastec Wireless Services, Black & Veatch, and Bechtel National Inc. Curtis holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Polk State College.
