Evan Woolums is a seasoned project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at NGS Films + Graphics since January 2018, following a role as Project Manager at Ruggles Sign from April 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing the design, cost, and installation of custom sign packages for retail clients.
